Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I have to be a H.O.G. member to attend the rally?
A. Yes, you need to be an active National H.O.G. member, or a guest of an active National H.O.G. member. Associate H.O.G. members should register as members.
Q. Where can I register?
A. The best way to register is online at (www.ctstatehogrally.com) with a credit card; you can also download the form and mail the form and payment if you prefer.
Q. Do all rally participants need to wear a wristband?
A. YES. A wristband is required to enter the Rally site and all rally off-site activities. All members and guests must have a wristband, which will be put on the attendee's wrist at Registration. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for someone else that is not in physical attendance at Registration.
Q. What if I arrive at the rally and registration is closed?
A. Your confirmation card will allow you into any events until you can get into registration the following day to pick up your registration package.
Q. If I am unable to attend the event after I am registered, can someone pick up my registration package?
A. Yes, however they cannot pick up an armband. Everything else will be given to that person who supplies your confirmation card.
Q. Will my on-site registration include a t-shirt and pin?
A. No, these items may be purchased separately WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. Is Connecticut a Helmet Law State?
A. Helmets are required for passengers under the age of 18 only.
Q. Will there be field events?
A. Yes, our events coordinator is putting together some fantastic events for you to participate in.
Q. I have pre-registered but I am unable to attend; am I eligible for a refund?
A. No, all pre-registered fees that are paid are non-refundable. You can send your confirmation card with a friend to claim your rally packet, or unclaimed rally packets can be mailed to registered participants at their cost, and must be requested within 30-days of the end of the rally.
Q. Is my pre-registration transferable?
A. No, it is not transferable and cannot be re-sold. This is a closed event and only National H.O.G. members and/or specific guests may enter under the registrant's name.
